Job summary

Arena Technical Resources, LLC seeks two senior Weapon System Requirement SMEs to support a high-visibility USSF mission at the Pentagon. Hybrid remote in Arlington, VA with on-site collaboration as needed.

Active TS/SCI clearance and 8+ years in requirements development and infrastructure planning for space/defense programs are required. The roles involve leading site activation, translating mission needs into facility requirements, and coordinating with HQ, program offices, and BOS-I to align

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in federal government or defense requirements work.
Direct USSF/Space Force or national security space experience with weapon or ground infra dependencies.
Experience translating operational concepts into prioritized, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead site activation and installation integration planning for space system beddowns.
Develop and document facility and construction requirements tied to program fielding and MILCON.
Support basing actions and range/launch infrastructure planning from evaluation to decision.
Lead development, validation, and traceability of weapon-system infrastructure requirements.
Translate mission concepts into prioritized infrastructure requirements for programs.
