Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a System Reliability Integration Engineer to lead reliability studies, analyze DOEs, and partner with engineering teams across the space program.

The role involves statistical methods, root cause analysis, and integration of subsystems through rigorous reliability plans. Expect collaboration with customers, suppliers, production, and program managers in a dynamic, travel-influenced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Aerospace industry or Space Systems.
• Knowledge of Reliability principles and root cause analysis.
• Probability, statistics, and mathematical modelling experience.
• Subsystems to system-level integration knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Work within the Special Disciplines team and may lead a small Reliability team or project.
• Develop, coordinate and conduct technical reliability studies and DOE constructs.
• Recommend design or test methods and SPC procedures to achieve reliability targets.
• Compile and evaluate performance reports and process control statistics; investigate variables affecting product and processes.
• Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards.
• Develop reliability programs to meet objectives for company, customer and government agencies.
• Develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes with failure risk.
• Propose design changes to improve system reliability.
• Determine samples for environmental testing to obtain valid data.
