Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a quality culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design reviews and new product development.
• Monitor product performance through the lifecycle and enforce specifications.
• Create and improve QMS procedures, ensuring AS9100 compliance.
• Lead quality improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Participate in supplier quality activities and internal audits.
