The role emphasizes technical oversight, data-driven decision making, and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams, with focus on MRP signals, procurement timing, and AI/Databricks-based visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Understanding of engineering change management and configuration control.
  • Working knowledge of MRP systems and technical procurement specs.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and aerospace materials/processes requirements.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools and timeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication to explain complex concepts across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Validate MRP demand signals and align with build strategy.
  • Lead procurement requests, ensure accuracy, and drive timely POs.
  • Engineer lead times and buffers aligned to P6 forecasts.
  • Provide technical leadership within the IPT and identify risks.
  • Develop data engineering solutions using AI/Databricks for visibility.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
