Delta Solutions & Strategies in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support Space Systems Command Space Sensing activities. The role focuses on program analysis, acquisition support, budgeting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for Space Sensing programs, with on-site work in Boulder and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analytical and communication capabilities for DoD acquisition environments.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and present inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing briefings, staff papers, and action trackers.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and management analysis for Space Sensing acquisition, planning, and execution.
• Support budget planning, spend plans, and related reviews.
• Develop briefings, staff papers, and decision-support materials for government review.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, contracting, and financial management stakeholders.
• Track action items, risks, and follow-up requirements.
