Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Senior Management Analyst to support SSC Space Sensing activities in Boulder, CO. You will lead complex tasks, provide actionable recommendations, and coordinate inputs across government and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in management analysis, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive program outcomes. Security clearance and ability to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience at senior level in the applicable functional area.
• Experience in management/program analysis or acquisition support.
• Experience collecting and communicating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze programmatic, acquisition, schedule, budget, or requirements information.
• Experience developing briefings and staff packages.
• Strong research, writing, and briefing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and government suspense dates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on site in Boulder, CO and travel CONUS/OCONUS.
• Ability to work with sensitive and classified information.
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical or analytical tasks across stakeholders.
• Review work products and mentor junior staff as appropriate.
• Provide program and management analysis for Space Sensing acquisition.
• Support planning, budgeting, and programming activities.
• Review acquisition, programmatic, schedule, funding, and requirements information and develop recommendations for Government decision-makers.
• Develop and staff briefings, point papers, background papers, white papers, Staff Summary Sheets, and other government products.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, contracting, financial management, program management, and other stakeholders.
• Track action items, suspense dates, decisions, risks, and follow-up requirements.
