Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks a Production Supervisor for the Starlink program to lead an hourly production team in build, test, and troubleshooting on the line. You will drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, factory layout, and design feedback, enabling faster, reliable connectivity.

The role requires hands-on leadership with 3+ years in production, 1+ year in a leadership position, and the ability to work extended hours on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly workforce and assess performance with feedback and corrective actions.
• Lead by example to achieve safety, quality and output targets.
• Provide mentorship and assist with design decisions and strategies.
• Analyze area metrics to drive training, flow and downtime improvements.
• Support NPI of new hardware with technicians.
• Hands-on assembly and test when required.
• Troubleshoot defective hardware and develop fixes.
• Monitor and approve timekeeping records.
