Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years with a graduate degree.
• Experience in engineering, operations, program management, or related field within a design/manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Space Flight products, ERP systems, PM software, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee multiple operational programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between departments to ensure seamless program execution.
• Develop and track KPIs; provide regular reports to senior management on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Allocate resources (personnel, equipment, budget) to meet program objectives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program completion.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels about program progress.
• Develop and manage program budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality; apply Lean/Six Sigma as appropriate.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within operations.
