Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior SSIO Modeling & Analysis Engineer in El Segundo, CA to lead development of mission-specific and cross-portfolio simulations. You will capture requirements, model scenarios, and validate outcomes to represent system dynamics and performance.

Collaboration with multiple offices to prioritize M&S for SATCOM, PNT, and Missile Warning/Tracking will be essential, driving modernization and risk mitigation across SSC programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a STEM field with emphasis in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Earth Science, Mathematics, Operations Analysis or related field.
• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Experience designing and upgrading complex technical systems within the SSIO mission space.

Responsibilities

• Support the SSIO office with development of mission-specific and cross-portfolio M&S services and analyses.
• Conduct requirements traceability from Mission Areas to M&S simulations.
• Model and evaluate materiel solutions for system vulnerability, performance, and resilience.
• Develop and present briefings, technical reports, and roadmaps.
