Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an Associate Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in Gilbert, AZ to drive design, analysis, and delivery of ground support equipment for satellite manufacturing operations.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, SolidWorks experience, CAD configuration management, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Competitive benefits and a day shift are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with SolidWorks CAD Software.
• Experience with CAD configuration management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• GPA 3.5 or higher preferred for some levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design tasks using CAD and other tools for MGSE designs.
• Interface with customers, program and functional management, and suppliers.
• Support design, analysis, integration and delivery for satellite manufacturing.
