Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the SDS Support and Training (S&T) Support Equipment team. You will coordinate with suppliers, review designs, and integrate with NG product teams to ensure adherence to requirements and contribute to design reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 2–5 years of relevant experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance and SAP. A 9/80 work schedule applies with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
• U.S. citizen; ability to obtain Secret clearance and SAP.
• 2 years (level 2) or 5 years (level 3) of relevant experience.
• CAD modeling with Siemens NX or similar.
• Experience on MILCON, major infrastructure/building, or Aerospace/Defense.
• Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
