Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer to support the Space and Intelligence Division in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on RMF, cybersecurity policy creation, and maintaining security artifacts for US Space Force programs.

You will work with the ISSM/ISO to ensure proper documentation and ongoing compliance. Qualified candidates hold a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a relevant degree, and experience with ITIPS/eMASS/FISMA, and Xacta.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience in RMF, GRC, and cybersecurity program management.
• Bachelor’s degree; leadership experience with DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF compliance and security posture for USSF/SSC systems.
• Maintain RMF artifacts, SSPs, SARs, and POA&M with eMASS/ITIPS.
• Lead documentation and control activities across CM systems.
• Provide periodic evaluations of security progress and risk.
• Collaborate with ISSM/ISO to align cybersecurity strategies.
