Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) in Virginia seeks an Information Systems Security Manager to lead RMF activities for DoD systems, maintain authorizations to operate, and protect sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including lead role for DoD information systems.
• Deep familiarity with RMF, eMASS, STIGs, and vulnerability management.
• Active security certification: CISSP, CAP, or CISM.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMF compliance, eMASS packages, and all cybersecurity documentation for assigned systems.
• Coordinate with government security officials, system owners, and engineers to address vulnerabilities, manage POAs/Ms, and support audits.
• Advise on security architecture and design decisions, ensuring controls are implemented and tested.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on cybersecurity policies and best practices.
