Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking candidates to support mission enabling products, focusing on harness assemblies, wiring, and related electrical work on flight hardware. You’ll read engineering drawings, perform soldering and testing, and collaborate with engineers to refine processes.

A strong mechanical aptitude and precise hand tools are essential. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, and be prepared for variable shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and complete paperwork and data for hardware assemblies.
• Interpret schematics and build compliant electrical assemblies and perform electrical tests.
• Route wiring harnesses on flight hardware.
• Follow drawings, work with engineers to develop or prove new processes.
• Soldering, wire stripping, crimping, and harness routing.
• Apply coatings with epoxy and silicone adhesives.
