Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years' relevant experience or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Alternative: 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the systems lifecycle.
• Oversee integration and verification of system components.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to align requirements.
• Drive innovation and resolve complex technical issues.
