Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 2/3 to support the Next Generation Launch Equipment program based in Chandler, AZ. This role requires U.S. citizenship and an interim or active Secret clearance, and involves a small amount of travel. We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in systems engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $79,300 – $147,600 depending on the level and experience, along with a robust benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree with no experience.
• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with interim or active Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and document key requirements and capabilities.
• Support performance assessments and lead resolution of performance gaps.
• Collaborate on deliverables with senior systems engineers.
• Generate system-level requirements and conduct vehicle performance assessments.
• Manage requirement changes and support risk management.
