Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking Sr. Principal or Principal Electrical Integration & Test Engineer to join our Chandler, AZ on-site team. The role involves leading electrical testing and integration for launch vehicles, with occasional travel.

The position requires active Secret clearance, experience with launch campaigns, and strong leadership. We offer a 9/80 schedule and opportunities to work on critical national programs in space systems.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required at time of application.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or qualifying discipline (or Master’s) with relevant experience.
• Experience with aerospace standards/guidelines and MES or similar digital work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Establish space systems tools for program execution.
• Lead hands-on electrical testing at the system level.
• Develop/maintain assembly and test procedures for launch vehicle systems.
• Document hardware discrepancies and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Mentor and train other engineers and team members.
