Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support advanced technology development within the Army space domain. This role requires a collaborative engineer capable of performing systems engineering across the full lifecycle, from concept to sustainment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and must possess a current DoD Top Secret security clearance. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical for managing technical documentation and participating in system reviews.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with current DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active participation in systems engineering technical reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for Army acquisition program.
• Drive the development, integration, testing, and fielding of advanced space technologies.
• Perform systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle.

Skills

Knowledge of DoD and/or Army systems engineering processes

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with Agile development principles

Experience supporting integration and test of complex systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related technical discipline
