Job summary

You will coach crossfunctional teams, manage risk, support capture and proposals, and prepare executive and working briefs to align workstreams and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Space hardware and software development programs
• Experience in project or program support or management for U.S Government customers
• Experience with Capture, Proposal, and Business Development processes for U.S. Government customers
• Experience with Agile frameworks and lifecycle tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of R&D project lifecycle and technology maturation processes
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science field

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Program Manager with planning, execution, and monitoring of Space RF system R&D programs
• Assist in managing scope, cost, schedule, risks, staffing alignment, and deliverables
• Develop, update, and maintain program documentation and reporting artifacts
• Coordinate with engineering leads, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure integrated execution
• Prepare for and support customer engagements, design reviews, and PMRs
• Ensure compliance with internal program management processes and contract requirements
• Create executive and working-level briefings to align workstreams and meet project deadlines
• Lead Capture and Proposal milestones and drive continuous improvement
