Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading space system or missile defense software development teams in production.
• Experience with weapon system requirements, design, and performance analysis for features such as engageability, interceptability, and lethality.
• Experience with DevOps principles, including automated CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, infrastructure automation, and cloud monitoring technologies.
• Experience with systems architecture, requirements management, and technical baseline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements.
• Help develop software-enabled products and overcome challenges using latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure solutions consider current architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements.
