Job summary

Leffler Consulting, LLC in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Cost Analyst/Estimator to join our team supporting national security satellite ground systems. This is an immediate opening and will reside full-time on-site with the government customer. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.

Duties include developing cost estimates and models, performing parametric analyses, evaluating program cost baselines and risks, and supporting budget builds for IC/DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in cost estimation, analysis, or budgeting is preferred.
• U.S. government or defense contracting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates and models for space systems and related programs.
• Evaluate baselines, assumptions, and risks using WBS and other tools.
• Support government budgeting and affordability analyses.
