Job summary

Tecolote in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst / Cost Estimator (TS/SCI with Polygraph) to support space vehicle development and acquisition for DoD and Intelligence communities. You will work with an integrated cost estimating team interfacing with program offices and briefing management.

Requirements include at least ten years of cost modeling and CER development, proficiency in SEER, Excel, PowerPoint, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business or the sciences.
• Ten years of experience designing, developing, building cost models and economic analysis tools.
• US Citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost estimating and analysis for programs interfacing with program offices.
• Develop management-level briefings; support strategy development, scheduling, market research, evaluation criteria, and RFP reviews.
• Prepare cost estimates, CERs, cost models and risk assessments; support trade studies and proposal evaluations.
