Job summary

Rocket Lab in Middle River, Maryland is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support the team in identifying process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities. You will work closely with mentors to apply engineering concepts to real challenges and participate in regular progress updates.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a degree program in engineering or related fields, with GPA 3.0+, 3+ months of supply chain experience, and a collaborative mindset to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in an engineering discipline, Business Administration, Operation Management, or Industrial Engineering and have at least one semester remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain team in identifying process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Work with mentors to apply engineering concepts to real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors and supervisors to track progress and learning.
