Job summary

Rocket Lab, located in Middle River, Maryland, invites you to join our Supply Chain Internship. You will work on process improvement and cost-reduction opportunities alongside a mentor and a fast-paced team, applying engineering concepts to real-world challenges.

You’ll participate in regular 1:1s, attend tech talks, and network with interns and staff. The program emphasizes growth, collaboration across teams, and hands-on learning during a minimum 12-week on-site commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in an engineering discipline, Business Administration, Operation Management, or Industrial Engineering with at least one semester remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Assist supply chain team with process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Work closely with mentors and teammates to apply engineering concepts to real-world challenges.
• Participate in on-site activities and intern networking events.
