Lanteris Space Systems is hiring a Structures Design Engineer for our Palo Alto, CA team. You will manage design and development of spacecraft structures and secondary supports, generate drawings, and support build and special projects.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year engineering background, CREO experience, and strong communication skills. We value project leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
• 2 years of experience required.
• Experience with CREO or similar CAD software and drawing generation.

Responsibilities

• Create product specifications, negotiate design details and test procedures.
• Assist in integration of subcontracted hardware into spacecraft systems architecture.
• Generate engineering drawings and models with Creo and other tools.
• Dispostion of nonconformances and drive process improvements.
