Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, systems, and infrastructure.
• Experience communicating complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Keep teams aligned, remove roadblocks, and drive delivery of mission-critical software capabilities.
• Provide structure and discipline to scale development across software, hardware, systems, and test teams.
• Communicate project risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
