Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Memphis, TN seeks a Security Officer 3 to protect facilities and assets across our high‑tech space program. You will patrol, respond to incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement to uphold safety and mission readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in security or military roles, a high school diploma, and EMT or medical training is a plus. Night shifts, fitness expectations, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in military, law enforcement, overseas security contracting, or advanced corporate security.
• 1+ year of executive protection, mobile asset protection, or emergency response team experience.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency/awareness of static guard post duties.
• Plan and conduct advanced security training for all security officers.
• Conduct advanced research and analysis in support of the company security missions.
• Conduct and review risk assessments of critical company facilities.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide on-scene leadership to others.
• Plan and coordinate domestic flight hardware transportation operations.
• Learn advanced skillsets including EMT, investigations, surveillance, VIP escort, security hardware.
• Function as liaison with law enforcement, community leaders and key stakeholders in space industry.
