PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking an RF Engineer to lead Payload Analysis efforts, run test cases for Payload Initialization, and coordinate with leaders and SMEs to manage payload risks and opportunities. The role involves leading relevant opportunities and studies and collaborating with customers to ensure successful payload milestones.

The candidate should possess a degree in electrical engineering or a STEM-related field and have experience allocating functions to subsystems, MATLAB or similar

Qualifications

• Develop and analyze technical requirements, and allocate functions down to satellite subsystems and/or components.
• Experience with AI/ML data analysis techniques and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Payload Analysis efforts and run Test Cases for Payload Initialization for an assigned payload.
• Manage Payload Risks and Opportunities and lead related Opportunities and Studies.
• Work closely with customers to ensure the success of payload products and milestones.
