Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior SETA to provide System Engineering Technical Assistance for Space Rapid Capabilities Office. Based at Beavercreek, OH with up to 30% travel, you will guide advisory efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, and assess program performance for rapid space capabilities.

You will work on highly classified systems and brief leadership with concise results. Ideal candidate has 10+ years DoD/IC experience, satellite testing expertise, and DoD program

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years DoD/IC or equivalent experience.
• Proven testing experience with satellite systems.
• Knowledge of space system engineering, development and manufacturing.
• Experience with Developmental Test and Operational Test at Service or Command level.
• DoD program management experience including development and transition.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and risk management.
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as program advisory lead for time-critical technical projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify needs and timelines.
• Assist acquisition planning, market research, and drafting technical requirements.
• Help assess technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Draft, review, and edit final program reports and briefings.
• Coordinate with external agencies to transition SpRCO systems into USA Space Force framework.
• Communicate complex results clearly to management and leadership.
