Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Integration Supervisor to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). You will lead a team of Project Integrators and coordinate between Government customers, internal teams, and third-party developers to drive system integration.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic mission environment; a PMP or MBSE tools familiarity is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or project integration.
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff.
• Familiarity with government contracts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Integrators.
• Facilitate IPT activities and coordinate with customers, internal teams, and third-party developers.
• Oversee integration efforts to meet range modernization timelines.
• Support acquisition documentation and RFP development.
• Apply risk management to schedules and deliverables.
• Develop and execute integration engineering processes.
