Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Integration Supervisor to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). The role leads a team of Project Integrators, coordinates IPT activities, and ensures integration efforts align with modernization requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management or integration, familiarity with MBSE tools, JIRA, and Microsoft Project, and must be eligible for a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 5+ years in project management/integration with lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools (Cameo) and JIRA desirable.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and mentor a team of Project Integrators.
• Facilitate Project Integration IPT activities with Government customers and third-party developers.
• Oversee integration efforts to meet Range modernization timelines.
• Lead coordination of technical support staff on complex projects.
• Assist in development of acquisition documents (SOO, SOW, PWS) and RFPs.
• Apply risk management to project schedules and deliverables.
• Develop and execute integration engineering processes for SFRC continuity.
