Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Systems Engineer to develop and enhance MATLAB algorithms for the Space Radar Data Processing Element. You will contribute to RADAR modes and support on-orbit space radar payload programs, working on-site in a classified environment.

The role can be staffed at Principal or Sr. Principal level, requiring TS clearance and a strong background in RF signal processing and MATLAB.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 5 years relevant experience or 3 years with MS.
• RF (Radio Frequency) signal processing experience, ideally for RADAR.
• MATLAB programming experience.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and implement RADAR data processing algorithms in MATLAB within the System Bench model.
• Support design, integration, and testing of RADAR modes for Space Radar Payload programs.
• Work on-site in a classified program area in Linthicum, MD.
