Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in receiving, precision, mechanical, or metrological inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, profilometer).
• Approve or reject items and document results.
• Review certifications, specifications, and conformance to design requirements.
• Communicate with internal customers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform surface plate inspections of machined aerospace parts.
• Support quality management system policies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inspect flight hardware at the supplier per drawings and SpaceX specs.
• Use the ERP/MRP system to route parts to appropriate departments.
