Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-10 years of related experience.
• Experience leading with minimal oversight and working independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers and management at all levels.
• Prior experience with Government and internal company financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Manages multiple projects funded from different programs.
• Prepares resource estimates, loading, and phasing labor plans.
• Creates and maintains detailed master schedules and tracks milestone progress and completion.
• Serves as a focal point for stakeholder communication.
• Prepares and presents monthly Technical, Cost, Schedule, and Risk (TCSR) reviews.
• Tracks procurements to minimize variances.
• Prepares Project Management Plan and Configuration Management Plan.
