Job summary

Space Kinetic in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Operations Program Manager for Manufacturing to lead cross‑functional execution of production plans across one or more programs. This role aligns teams around requirements, priorities, schedules, costs, risks, and milestones to deliver hardware on time.

You will partner with production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and facilities to maintain integrated plans and drive operational readiness from development through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, machining, or related technical environment.
• Experience with ERP/MES and manufacturing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional manufacturing activities across programs.
• Develop integrated operational plans including schedules, budgets, staffing.
• Monitor performance using KPIs such as NCRs, first-pass yield, throughput.
• Identify risks, track dependencies, and communicate issues to leadership.
• Lead program meetings and provide updates on costs, milestones, and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
