Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) initiative. The role focuses on building and maintaining complex IMS, performing CPM analyses, and coordinating with government and industry partners to ensure on-time delivery of ground segment schedules.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in CPM, SRA, and EVM, with 7+ years in schedule management for space or defense programs, and a TS with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience building and revising Integrated Master Schedules.
• 7+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years project management experience.
• Prior experience supporting space system or major defense acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the PWSA Ground Program (PGP) Director and Ground & Launch Cell Director.
• Retrieve, review, and consolidate ground schedules with ground segment contractors, the government, and other contractors.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple sources to develop and maintain IMS.
• Conduct CPM analysis and SRAs to identify bottlenecks in ground system development.
• Maintain cognizance of internal developments to inform scheduling updates.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, and risks; present findings to leadership.
• Perform configuration management functions to ensure contract compliance and on-time CDRL delivery.
• Collaborate with ground segment contractors to facilitate timely distribution and feedback.
