Radiance Technologies is seeking a Strategic Space Programs Director to serve as a dual-role Project Officer and Program Integrator. The role focuses on capturing opportunities across the DoW and IC, shaping capture plans, and ensuring program coordination and accreditation across sensitive spaces.

The candidate will lead acquisition, program management, and budget execution efforts, working with engineering, logistics, business, test, cyber, security, and contracts to expand Radiance's market

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, business, etc. with 18 years' experience or master's with >10 years.
• Proven experience in defense program management.
• Familiarity with DoW adaptive acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Capture Space Opportunities across DoW and IC.
• Develop and shape capture plan to expand Radiance contributions across DoW and IC.
• Contribute to Radiance Space Group's continued growth (revenue and culture).
• Budget execution: Communicate and coordinate with Department of War (DoW) and Army G8 on resources and modernization.
• Develop defensible briefings for Congressional Staffers and other external stakeholders.
• Inform risk management and program documentation efforts, including RMF ATO.
• Coordinate with technical teams to refine, allocate and update requirements.
• Ensure continued accreditation of classified spaces.
• Serve as Deputy PM during stand-up of new Programs and captured efforts.
