Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Budget/Financial Analyst to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) mission. You will perform PPBE analysis, coordinate budget documentation, and manage funding transfers to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role requires a DoD background, top-tier communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Polygraph/clearance readiness is preferred, with a focus on protecting national security interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years relevant experience.
• Experience supporting space system development or the DoD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization.
• TS with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support PPBE planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes.
• Perform top-level PPBE analysis and assist with budget justification exhibits.
• Develop and coordinate budget and acquisition documents.
• Create funding transfers and analyze using DoD/USSF financial systems.
• Ensure contract funding and track financial milestones.
• Review deliverables for contract compliance and CDRL delivery.
