Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years directly supporting or managing IC/DOW acquisition programs with end-to-end process knowledge.
• 10+ years of Major Systems Acquisition-level project experience within IC/DOW.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior budgetary expertise in support of space and ground systems.
• Analyze funding and develop executable budget spend plans.
• Review proposals for completeness and government compliance.
• Coordinate across organizations for budget execution and performance.
• Develop and deliver reports and cost-benefit analyses.
• Engage with government leadership and stakeholders to align priorities.
