Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Management PPBE Support Specialist to assist the US Space Force with expert financial management and PPBE support. Responsibilities include developing POM/PB submissions, monitoring budget execution, and preparing financial analyses for program managers, with travel to Government and industry locations as required.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 8+ years of DoD experience in budgeting or program management, and

Qualifications

8+ years of DoD experience supporting financial management, budgeting, acquisition, or program management activities.
Working knowledge of the DoD PPBE process.
Experience supporting POM development, PB submissions, budget formulation and execution tracking.
Experience using DoD financial management systems such as CRIS, SAFES, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

Support System Delta 81 and OTTI IPO by providing financial management and PPBE support for test and training initiatives.
Monitor execution of programs using automated financial management systems (CRIS, SAFES).
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for resource allocation and program execution decisions.
Assist with development, coordination, and tracking of financial requirements throughout the PPBE life cycle.
Support development of POM and PB submissions by collecting and analyzing financial information.
Prepare financial reports, budget analyses, briefings, and documentation for Government leadership and program managers.
