The role requires a BS in electrical engineering and 3+ years in power electronics, plus hands-on bench work and familiarity with Altium. Expect extended hours; base pay ranges from $105,000 to $145,000, with stock options and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field.
• 3+ years designing, testing, or integrating power electronics or high-reliability power systems.
• Strong understanding of switch mode power supplies and DC/DC converter architectures.
• Hands-on hardware bring-up, bench testing, and debugging experience.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to spacecraft power system design, including schematics, board layouts, and interfaces.
• Support operation of power system hardware during qualification testing with test engineers.
• Help own integrated functional testing of electrical hardware with other subsystems.
• Plan and execute targeted stress and performance testing of hardware.
• Help define design changes for future mission requirements.
