Job summary

Rocket Lab in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Federal Government Operations Intern to learn about internal priorities and how the Government Operations team works with state and local governments.

You'll collaborate with mentors and teammates to apply engineering and policy knowledge to real challenges, attend frequent 1:1s, and participate in tech talks and intern events, building professional skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Thrives in ambiguity with a focus on learning and growth.
• Leads development projects without supervision and collaborates across teams.
• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in Business Administration, Public Policy, Political Science or related field and have at least one semester remaining.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience in federal government, elections, policy or government operations.
