The position is a technical resource guiding planning initiatives and ensuring resources are used responsibly. Requires a bachelor’s degree and four years of campus space management experience, plus proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and space management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Planning, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Four years of demonstrated space management experience in a campus setting.
• Proficiency with space management software and CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical, communication and group facilitation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the college’s space inventory and utilization data.
• Inform space assignment decisions to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with Academic/Student Affairs, Facility Management Services, Scheduling and others.
• Coordinate with staff at all levels and align with teamwork and stewardship principles.
• Provide recommendations to support college initiatives related to space.
