Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD).
• Knowledge of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and database management required.
• Some understanding of RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) is key.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Space Planners managing space requests.
• Conduct space audits and provide guidance on space utilization.
• Field measure new properties and confirm existing conditions.
