Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in product lifecycle or manufacturing engineering for complex projects.
• Ability to understand interactions across mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM/ DFA for multi-disciplinary assemblies.
• Drive manufacturing readiness for new products through pilot builds, IQ/OQ/PQ, and PRR/MRR/TRR processes.
• Own end-to-end manufacturing process development, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Lead product lifecycle phases from NPI to production ramp and end-of-life management.
• Develop and manage project plans with schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Translate high-level requirements into actionable manufacturing guidance and manage integration risks.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis during ramp and production.
• Develop operator training strategies for precision assembly and system verification.
