Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a Training Specialist to support the TSOC under USASMDC. You will develop and deliver training programs to improve readiness, contribute to doctrine, and ensure curriculum aligns with Army requirements.

You will create lesson plans, resources, and evaluations, coordinate with SMDS, and conduct AARs to drive continual improvement in space operations education.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 5+ years of space-related military experience as an NCO or Officer.
• Travel as required to support training events and mission requirements.
• Experience in Army Space Operations and MDMP.
• Strong understanding of space fundamentals and Army space-enabled capabilities.
• Familiarity with GO-S applications (FADE, GIANT, ISSA).
• Experience teaching, training, or instructing military personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Army Space Operations and space capabilities.
• Provide instruction for Space and Missile Defense School courses.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction on tactical Army Space operations.
• Develop, update, and maintain lesson plans and course content.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain training programs per TRADOC 350-70.
• Coordinate with SMDS to align with Army doctrine and requirements.
• Conduct After Action Reviews to identify improvements.
• Utilize Army and Government software to support instruction.
• Support development of Army doctrine and training requirements.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to enhance training.
