Job summary

Sigmatech is seeking a Space Operations Training Integrator to lead the development and execution of training programs for Space Control capabilities. You will apply ISD principles and coordinate TSRA, Training Plans, and Requirements generation within a DoD HQ environment.

The role requires 10+ years in Space Operations with 5+ years in DoW operational training, a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), and exceptional communication. A strong Microsoft Office skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Space Operations with 5+ yearsDoW operational training experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in a DoW Headquarters environment.
• Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and related guidance.
• Special Access Program experience preferred.
• Exceptional speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• TPT facilitation, organization, and action item tracking.
• Execution of Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA).
• Development of System Training Plans and Training Requirements generation.
• Facilitation of Requirements Management to STARCOM.
• Support Realistic Training Review Boards.
• Develop/update Force Generation Elements for Space Control capabilities.
• Participate in Training and Readiness Summits.
• Coordinate Training Annexes to Operational Acceptance Plans.
• Lead Division Training activities and tasks.
