Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Space Operations Instructor to develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training for mission-critical national security space operations within the Surveillance System Enterprise. The role focuses on curriculum development, readiness assessments, and operator training to ensure sustained mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Top Secret/SCI with SAP eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or equivalent instructional methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for operational and support personnel.
• Support mission-critical space operations training including LEOPS and anomaly response training.
• Create training materials, job aids, and reference guides with screenshots and visuals.
• Travel up to 10% to support training delivery and customer coordination.
