Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering, LLC is seeking a Lessons Learned Analyst to serve as the primary integrator between exercises and real-world operations, ensuring insights are rapidly translated into improvements for mission readiness.

The role supports the NRO Operations Center, coordinating with Government and Contractor professionals to monitor, analyze, and deliver actionable recommendations while maintaining a high-tempo environment and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 6 years of related experience; graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized Lessons Learned repository using JLLIS for organization-wide access.
• Input, tag, and categorize lessons to support planning and development.
• Collect observations from participants and debriefs to inform improvements.
• Draft and contribute to After-Action Reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
• Bridge the gap between exercise results and real-world operations as POC.
• Coordinate with NOC elements to translate lessons into next steps.
• Provide briefings and data products for leadership and enterprise awareness.
