Job summary

Blue Origin Operations is seeking an experienced Inventory Control professional to manage MRO storeroom operations across facilities in Washington. You will receive, stock, and issue parts, maintain accuracy in ERP/CMMS records, and drive replenishment to avoid stockouts.

Strong attention to detail and forklift certification help ensure safe, efficient handling of materials. Responsibilities include cycle counts, coordinating with procurement, and generating KPI reports to support maintenance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or MRO/storeroom operations.
• Associates Degree or High School diploma required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Fiix or similar inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue MRO materials to work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Monitor min/max levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.
• Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement for MRO items.
• Organize storeroom per 5S standards and manage hazardous materials compliance.
• Generate inventory reports and KPI summaries for management.
